Feastimate ("we", "our") runs the free party and event calculators at feastimate.com. The site was built to need as little of your information as possible — there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to upload. This page explains what limited data is involved when you visit, how advertising works on the site, and the choices you have.

No accounts, no personal information required

Feastimate has no user accounts, no registration and no log-in. You never need to provide your name, email address, phone number or any other personal details to use any calculator. The values you type — guest counts, event hours, budgets and similar planning inputs — are processed entirely by JavaScript running in your own browser. They are not transmitted to us, not stored by us, and they disappear when you close the page. If you email us through the contact page, we receive only what you choose to write, and we use it solely to reply to you.

Information collected automatically

Like virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log standard technical data when pages are requested: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages requested, referring URLs and timestamps. These server logs exist to keep the site secure, diagnose technical problems and understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.

Advertising

Feastimate is supported by advertising — that is what keeps the calculators free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising from Google by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of many other third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.

Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you visit Feastimate from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are shown a Google-certified consent management banner before any advertising cookies are set. Advertising cookies are used only in line with the choice you make in that banner, and you can revisit and change your consent at any time through the banner's privacy options.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is currently no common industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT, so, like most sites, Feastimate does not alter its behavior when it receives one. Note that the calculators themselves never track you across other websites regardless of your DNT setting — they have no reason to. The advertising cookies described above are governed by the consent banner and the opt-out tools linked in the Advertising section.

Children's privacy

Feastimate is a general-audience party-planning site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information — for example, by email — please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if our advertising or hosting setup changes. The current version will always be posted at this address with the "Last updated" date shown at the top, and meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
